• It is always advisable to carry identification with you.
• Carry your room key with you each time you leave your hotel room. It is never advisable to prop open a door when you leave, even if you are simply running to a vending machine.
• Familiarize yourself with your hotels emergency evacuation plan.
• It is never advisable to openly discuss your room number in hotel public areas.
• When visiting Fort Monroe and Langley Air Force Base, be prepared to show your driver’s license and vehicle registration to the sentry at the entrance gate or pass office. Be aware that Langley only permits official visitors at this time. Photography at either site is not permitted.
• Most of the parking in Hampton is free; however, we encourage you to check for time limi decal requirements.
